Koh' pakasin is a moderately-known professional "problem-solver" in the Coruscant underworld. Nasty shot with a pair of heavy blaster pistols, and he has a number of interesting toys to use on the job.
A smarmy asshole who enjoys psychologically poking people with pointy sticks to see where it hurts, Koh does have a few moral lines he won't cross. Unfortunately, they're hard to find and large applications of money can often shift where those lines lie.
